JobWorks was created to help put people to work. As an Indiana based non-profit employment and training company and a member of WorkOne, we serve Hoosiers in 27 counties. Since our inception in 1987, we have served nearly 30,000 people and more than 1,100 employers.

JobWorks helps companies forced to downsize. We help people who've been laid off and those new to the workforce. We help high school students struggling to graduate, and young people who are uncertain about their options.

Today's job market is very competitive. Employers need people with a strong work ethic in addition to basic and technical skills. It's hard to get a good paying job today with yesterday's skills. So we encourage many of our customers to go back into the classroom, whether to get a GED, specific occupational training or a college education.

We also help those interested in getting jobs right now by providing current job leads, preparing a resumé, improving your interviewing skills and more.
